Billing information taken from you instore or online is not stored by us. This information is processed securely and stored by Stripe the third party processor which we use. Clinicians will not have access to this information at any time. Third party payment processors are banned from using your personal data, except to facilitate the necessary purchases for our services.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collect it for. Medical information will be kept for a maximum of 7 years as part of our duty of care.
As part of your agreement in booking your appointment, you agree that we may use your data to contact you regarding your appointments. You have the right to see the data we hold on you at any time, and to ask for us to remove it from our records.
