Yes you can! Everyone experiences the stress of every day life whether you work in an office or have manual job. This stress can often lead to chronic pain and stiffness in the neck, between the shoulder blades and lower back. Sports massage can help reduce this as well as improve flexibility, improving sleep patterns, reducing stress & anxiety, promoting relaxation, and improving mental wellbeing.
You should wear comfortable clothing as I may need to assess your range of motion at the start of the session to identify any movement limitations. Shorts, leggings, or tracksuit bottoms are perfectly fine.
Please don't wear anything brand new or your favourite outfit as massage wax/oils residue left on your skin may transfer onto your clothes. If this happens, it should come out in the was.
Bras - if you can, please wear a back fastening bra to make access to your back and shoulders easier for me. Alternatively, if you feel more comfortable in a sports bra I will be happy to work around. Just bear in mind the massage wax may get onto the sports bra!

Yes, however, I only offer mobile services to those who have mobility issues due to the use of stairs to get to the massage room. If you require a mobile service please contact me via email and I can arrange a home visit for you.
If you have not paid in advance and have received an email confirming your appointment, you can simply cancel your appointment by clicking the cancellation link.
However, if you have paid in advance you will not be able to cancel your appointment via an email link. Instead please contact me via email with your name, date of birth, and information regarding the date and time of the appointment you would like to cancel. I will then process your cancellation within 24 hrs and issue you with a full refund. Please note refunds processed through Stripe can take 2-3 working days to reach your bank account.
Appointments cancelled within less than 24hrs will result in a 50% cancellation fee so you will only receive a 50% refund of the total you have paid.
If you have been gifted a gift voucher you can redeem it in full or partially redeem it at your appointment. When booking your first appointment, select 'gift card bookings'. This will allow you to book your appointment without requiring payment online. Please bring your digital voucher with you on the day as it will be scanned. You can choose to redeem the voucher in full or partially redeem it. Any outstanding balance will need to be paid on the day. Failure to bring your digital gift card will require full payment for the session on the day.
They are valid for 12 months from the purchase date
Yes I do accept appointments for children. However, individuals under the age of 16 will be required to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
